Anna Valentini, Esq.

Managing Attorney

Anna Valentini, Esq. is an experienced and energetic Ivy League-educated attorney who has successfully represented thousands of clients before US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration courts. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a top five U.S. law school that is also the oldest one in the country. Prior to the University of Pennsylvania, she conducted legal research in international law for the world-renown organization “Human Rights Watch” and attended the University of Iowa, where she was awarded a merit-based full scholarship in 2000. Anna Valentini, Esq. has given presentations at several international conferences on immigration law and human rights in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, to name a few; and was a recipient of the United Nations Development Program award for her legal research.

Anna Valentini, Esq. is a member in good standing of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association. She is licensed to practice immigration law in all states and territories of the United States.


Vicky Sandhu

Vicky Sandhu is a highly experienced and efficient paralegal focusing on complex employment-based cases. Her acute understanding of business immigration issues comes from over five years experience with the most prestigious and fast-paced immigration law firms in the United States. Mrs. Sandhu excels in work and extraordinary ability visas and employment-based and extraordinary ability green cards. Her extensive educational background includes a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Guru Nanak Dev University in India. She is now planning to pursue a U.S. law degree at the Santa Clara Law School.


Samir Alfonso Aguirre

Legal Assistant

Samir Alfonso Aguirre is a graduate of New York University. He has a B.A. in History and graduated as a distinguished member of the NYU Martin Luther King Scholars Program. Samir plans to begin law school at the Georgetown University Law Center this August and he will concentrate his legal studies in the area of international law.
