Since USCIS is a federal agency that is not funded by taxpayers but rather by fee revenues, the agency is required to reconsider its fee structure every two years. We would like to remind our potential clients that if they are eligible for immigration benefits, we recommend applying immediately, before a USCIS processing fee hike.
